Along 2019, CTRA recorded a total revenue of IDR7.6 trillion. The revenue from property development segment includes residential houses, shophouses, lands, apartments and office buildings, reached IDR5.7 trillion. Throughout 2019 CTRA had also launched three new residential projects, namely Citra Sentul Raya, CitraLand Driyorejo CBD, and CitraGarden Puri Jakarta. Those launching able to strengthen CTRA’s position in the national property business and gave benefits to the local economy.

President Director of CTRA, Candra Ciputra said marketing sales during the first semester of 2020 had reached IDR 2 trillion. Although this achievement fell by 16.2 percent compared to the same period last year due to the impact of the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) policy regarding the widespread impact of the spread of Corona Viruses Diseases (Covid-19), CTRA saw a convincing monthly trend. Marketing sales in June amounting to Rp412 billion has shown a significant increase compared to May which amounted to Rp310 billion, and April which amounted to Rp154 billion. CTRA hopes this positive trend continues until the end of the year in order to reach new marketing sales target of IDR4.5 trillion. Apart from marketing sales achievements, priority was also given to strengthening company liquidity because of uncertainty due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Director and Corporate Secretary Tulus Santoso added, to support the achievement of marketing sales target in 2020, CTRA has implemented a digital sales strategy especially when launching new clusters in the ongoing projects. The clusters that have been launched during the PSBB period are the Elecio cluster in CitraGarden Puri project, the Ayodya and Seminyak clusters in Citra Maja Raya project. “The online launching in the two projects was succesfull because these products were in high demand. This is also also supported by the experience and well known reputation of Ciputra Group, good preparation of our digital marketing team, database network infrastructure and good sales team cooperation, as well as the product concepts offered, “said Tulus Santoso.
