Soft Launching of Ciputra Mall CitraRaya Tangerang

The facilities at CitraRaya Tangerang project are now more complete with the presence of Ciputra Mall CitraRaya Tangerang which covering an area of ​​4.5 hectares with investment value around IDR.1 trillion. The mall management had also conducted a soft launching on Friday (17/7). This event was attended by Director of PT Ciputra Residence Mr. Budiarsa Sastrawinata, Regent of Tangerang Ahmed Zaki Iskandar, and managerial level of Ciputra Mall CitraRaya Tangerang.

In his speech, Mr. Budiarsa Sastrawinata said Ciputra Mall CitraRaya Tangerang is one of innovative projects developed by Ciputra Group, located in the center of CitraRaya Tangerang area. According to him, it is time for CitraRaya Tangerang residences to have its own shopping center because nowadays this project has 68 thousands residents spread at 50 clusters.

“This mall will make all things easier for the residents because they dont need to go outside the residential area. This mall is now ready to welcome visitors with the implementation of health protocols during the PSBB period, “said Mr. Budiarsa.

The Regent of Tangerang Ahmed Zaki Iskandar conveyed his congratulation for the operation of Ciputra Mall CitraRaya Tangerang. He hoped the existence of this mall can contribute to the economic growth of Tangerang Regency. He also advised the mall management to pay attention for small and medium enterprises (UKM) so they can participate in becoming one of the mall tenants.

“Last but not least, I advised that eventhough Tangerang Regency is now a green zone, we must remain vigilant. The President instruction that mall visitors should be limited to a maximum of only 50 percent of capacity, needs to be obeyed for the sake of safety and public health, “said Ahmed Zaki Iskandar.

Based on the data, Ciputra Mall CitraRaya Tangerang is one of the largest shopping centers in Tangerang Regency with the first phase Gross Floor Area (GFA) covering 54,400 m2 and 26,000 m2 leasable commercial area. This mall has a total GFA plan of up to 100,000 m2.

PT Ciputra Development Tbk Distributes Dividend of IDR148.3 Billion

A leading property company with many projects, PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) CTRA at its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on Thursday, July 30th 2020, at Ciputra Artpreneur Jakarta had agreed to distribute dividend of IDR148,3 billion, or IDR8 per share, of total net income IDR 1.2 trillion for 2019 financial year. The dividend will be paid on September 3rd, 2020. The AGMS also approved the appointment of Mrs. Dian Sumeler as President Commissioner and Tanan Herwandi Antonius as Independent Commissioner.

Along 2019, CTRA recorded a total revenue of IDR7.6 trillion. The revenue from property development segment includes residential houses, shophouses, lands, apartments and office buildings, reached IDR5.7 trillion. Meanwhile, revenue from recurring income segment, which includes shopping centers, hotels, office rentals, and hospitals reached IDR1.9 trillion.

Throughout 2019 CTRA had also launched three new residential projects, namely Citra Sentul Raya, CitraLand Driyorejo CBD, and CitraGarden Puri Jakarta. Those launching able to strengthen CTRA’s position in the national property business and gave benefits to the local economy.

President Director of CTRA, Candra Ciputra said marketing sales during the first semester of 2020 had reached IDR 2 trillion. Although this achievement fell by 16.2 percent compared to the same period last year due to the impact of the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) policy regarding the widespread impact of the spread of Corona Viruses Diseases (Covid-19), CTRA saw a convincing monthly trend. Marketing sales in June amounting to Rp412 billion has shown a significant increase compared to May which amounted to Rp310 billion, and April which amounted to Rp154 billion. CTRA hopes this positive trend continues until the end of the year in order to reach new marketing sales target of IDR4.5 trillion. Apart from marketing sales achievements, priority was also given to strengthening company liquidity because of uncertainty due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Director and Corporate Secretary Tulus Santoso added, to support the achievement of marketing sales target in 2020, CTRA has implemented a digital sales strategy especially when launching new clusters in the ongoing projects. The clusters that have been launched during the PSBB period are the Elecio cluster in CitraGarden Puri project, the Ayodya and Seminyak clusters in Citra Maja Raya project. “The online launching in the two projects was succesfull because these products were in high demand. Ciputra Group Conducts Social Movement Related to Covid-19

Ciputra Group through its various subsidiaries has carried out the social care movement to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic. These movements include material assistance and supporting facilities in the social, health and cultural arts fields.

According to Managing Director of Ciputra Group Budiarsa Sastrawinata, corporation provided assistance in health facilities at Ciputra Hospital CitraGarden City Jakarta and Ciputra Hospital CitraRaya Tangerang. Details of assistances are 210 beds for isolation room, ventilators, and personal protective equipment. “Ciputra Hospital continues to carry out its mission by helping patients who need treatment, both Covid-19 and other disease patients with a building separation, to ensure that transmission does not occur,” said Budiarsa Sastrawinata.

Managing Director of the Ciputra Group Harun Hajadi conveyed that assistance was also channeled through the Budha Tzu Chi Foundation, where the agency acted as the aid manager who would later distribute the aid to the public or institutions.
