Budiarsa Sastrawinata, Indonesian, born in 1955, has been reappointed as a Director of the Company since January 2017. Previously, he was a Director of the Company in 2000-2015. Currently, he is also the President Director of PT Damai Indah Golf Tbk and PT Ciputra Residence.

He is a graduate of Plymouth Polytechnic, Plymouth, UK with bachelor degree in Civil Engineering and MBA graduate of Prasetiya Mulya Institute of Management, Jakarta. He is actively involved in various organizations, including Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN), Indonesian Real Estate Broker Association (AREBI), and Indonesian Public Listed Companies Association (AEI). He also serves as the Honorary President of International Urban Development Association (INTA).

Cakra Ciputra, Indonesian, born in 1964, has been reappointed as a Director of the Company since January 2017. Previously, he was a Director of the Company in 1991-2015. Currently, he also serves as President Director of PT Ciputra Raya Sejahtera, President Director of PT Ciputra Semarang, Director of PT Ciputra Residence, and Director of PT Ciputra Nusantara.

He earned his bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from San Francisco University, USA, in 1991. He is also active in various social and educational activities through Ciputra Pendidikan Foundation and Citra Berkat Foundation.

Candra Ciputra, Indonesian, born in 1964, has served as President Director of the Company since December 2002. He joined the Company in 1988 as Business Development Manager and appointed as Director of the Company in 1990. Currently, he also holds the positions of President Commissioner of PT Ciputra Residence and PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk.

He obtained his bachelor degree in Finance from University of San Francisco, USA and earned an MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, USA.

He has more than 20 years’ experience in property sector. Upon his reputation in property, he has received numerous awards, including “CEO of the Year” by Property & Bank magazine (2010-2012); “Golden CEO of The Year” by Property & Bank magazine (2013); “Property Man of the Year” by Property & Bank magazine (2014); “Corporate Social Responsibility Award” by CNBC Asia in the 13^th Asia Business Leaders Award (2014); “Real Estate Personality of The Year” by Ensign Media in Indonesia Property Award (2015); and “President of the Year for Innovation and Sustainability” by IAIR Research Institution (2016).

Junita Ciputra is the second daughter of Dr. (HC) Ir. Ciputra. She joined the Company in 1988 as a Finance Manager and was appointed as Director of the Company in 2001, based on Deed No. 29 December 14, 2001. Since 2017, she has served as Commissioner of the Company based on the Deed No. 54 dated January 18, 2017. She earned bachelor degree in Finance from University of San Francisco, USA and MBA degree in Finance and Real Estate from University of Southern California, Los Angeles, USA. Currently she also holds positions as Commissioner and Director in several companies under Ciputra Group.

She is the first daughter of Dr. (HC) Ir. Ciputra, who has served as Commissioner since 2017 and was appointed as President Commissioner in 2022 based on Deed No. 31 dated August 11, 2022.

Prior to becoming a Commissioner of the Company, she served as President Director of the Company (1983-1990), Commissioner of the Company (1990-1993), and Director of the Company (1993-2017). She was also the President Director at Century 21 (real estate broker company). Currently, she also serves as Commissioner and Director in several companies under Ciputra Group, such as President Director of Ciputra Artpreneur Jakarta.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland, New Zealand and an MBA degree from Claremont Graduate School, Los Angeles, USA. For her achievements, she has been awarded several awards including the Ordine della Stella d’Italia Classe Caveliere (2012), the FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Award (2016), and the Women Empowerment Award (2019).
