Citra Landmark, The Latest Apartment Project by Ciputra Group

Ciputra Group launched its latest apartment project, Citra Landmark, which located in Southeast Jakarta. The launching ceremony took place at Ciputra Artpreneur Theater Jakarta, Friday (14/2).

Citra Landmark consists of 11 apartment towers, built on 7 hectares area in Ciracas, Jakarta. The offering price starts from Rp 300 million. Furthermore, the unit types are ranging from studio, 2 bedrooms, to 3 bedrooms.

Citra Landmark project is developed by Ciputra Group in collaboration with Trisula Corporation and Asia Green Real Estate as joint venture partners. The project’s market segment is aimed for productive millennials, new families as well as established families. The supporting facilities include swimming pool, garden, jogging track, cycling track, skate park, gym, playground, commercial area, amphitheater and so on.

Artadinata Djangkar, Senior Director of Ciputra Group explained that Citra Landmark apartment project is built in compliance with the rules of environmentally friendly green buildings. This is due to the fact Citra Landmark is a collaborative project among Ciputra Group, Asia Green Real Estate and Trisula Corporation.

“It is worth to note that Asia Green Real Estate has always required every project in their portfolio to have an EDGE green building certification. Previously, we have also worked together on The Newton 1 Serviced Apartment project,” said Artadinata.

Isabella Ciputra, Business Development of Ciputra Group also informed that Citra Landmark was the dream of the late Mr. Ciputra, to bring quality and affordable housing for urban communities in Jakarta.
