CitraLand Surabaya, one of the projects managed by PT Ciputra Development Tbk, introduced Northwest Central. Northwest Central is an area that integrates occupancy with commercial areas by targeting the millennial generation market segment.
This was conveyed by Senior Director of PT Ciputra Development Tbk Sutoto Yakobus, in Surabaya, Wednesday (9/5). He explained that Northwest Central is present along with the success of Northwest Park cluster, Northwest Lake, and Northwest Hill in the market.
“Up to now, the interest of the people in the residential concept of town house is high, and the demand for our land is high, so we launch Northwest Central,” he said.
Northwest Central will integrate residential with commercial area in one area. Sutoto guarantees benefits for investors or end-users considering the location is passed by the Outer West Line (JLLB) as well as the radial road connecting the city center to the JLLB. In total there are 600 units prepared. A total of 194 units are Northwest Boulevard II shophouses. As for residential homes, it provides five types.
“I would also like to say that the interest in the Northwest series house is quite large, especially for the millenial segment,” said Sutoto.
