CitraLand Tallasa City Management, one of the Ciputra Group’s projects located in Makassar, South Sulawesi, stated that it is able to achieve its sales target set in 2017 yesterday, amounting to Rp 40o billion. Achieving these targets due to the application of marketing strategy that is the down payment or down payment up to 36 times.

CitraLand Tallasa City is one of the Ciputra Group projects located at West Ring Road, Boulevard Tallasa City, Tamalan Rea, Makassar. In the first phase, the area developed reaches about 700 hectares, divided into 10 clusters, with a total of about 2,000 housing units and 250 shop units. Currently there are three clusters that have been marketed namely Yellow Leaf, Blue Aqua, and Green Stone cluster.
Based on the data obtained from the project masterplan, the location advantage and access of CitraLand Tallasa City that is, can be accessed from two locations ie from toll road and from Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan, located only about 15 minutes from Sultan Hasanuddin Airport, about 5 minutes from Hasanuddin University campus .
A number of support facilities prepared in CitraLand Tallasa City include waterpark, club house, pedestrian area, jogging track, children playground, shopping center, and mosque worship place.
