PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) intensifies online marketing strategies to sell its property products during the Covid-19 pandemic. Head of Investor Relations & Corporate Finance of PT Ciputra Development Tbk, Aditya Ciputra Sastrawinata said this online marketing strategy shows good results. The online product launch is also applied to overcome obstacles during large-scale social restriction period, that is physical transactions.
Aditya also explained this kind of strategy was implemented at the second quarter of 2020. Therefore it contributes the acquisition of marketing sales for second quarter 2020. “So far, we have virtually launched several new clusters in two projects, Citra Maja Raya and CitraGarden Puri Jakarta. The sales result were quite successful,” said Aditya, quoted www.kontan.co.id, Friday (15/5).
He informed that 516 units have been sold at Citra Maja Raya with transaction value IDR 130 billion. Then and 22 units have been sold at CitraGarden Puri with a transaction value of Rp 55 billion. Until now, the company continues to conduct virtual product knowledge for all projects through several platforms including Zoom, Youtube, Facebook, Microsoft Teams, and Instagram. It is intended to maintain relationships with customers. “So our company will remain in the top of mind for customers,” said Aditya.
CTRA also continues to regularly monitor market situations. According to Aditya, this is important to measure the proper time for new products launching after large-scale social restriction. However, Aditya still unable to inform marketing sales achievement during the second quarter 2020.
