Thomas Johannes Angfendy has been serving as Audit Committee Member of PT Ciputra Development Tbk since August 2022. He earned a bachelor degree in Accounting Economics from Advent Klabat University, Manado in 1983.

Previously, he held several important positions in several companies, including Director of Global Toserco Ltd, Vietnam (1994-2010), Corporate Secretary of PT Metropolitan Land (1996-2005), Director of PT M Class Industry (2003-2005), Director of PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (2004-2016), and President Director of PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (2016-2021). In addition, since 2021, he has been serving as Independent Commissioner of PT Metropolitan Kentjana Tbk until now.

Lanny Bambang was appointed as Audit Committee Member of PT Ciputra Development Tbk based on Decree of the Board of Commissioners dated August 1, 2022. She earned her Bachelor of Law degree from Trisakti University in 1978.

Previously, she held a position as Associate Director of Royal Sentul Highland in 1994 until 1996, then joined with Ciputra Group in 2012 as Independent Commissioner of PT Ciputra Surya Tbk and Audit Committee Member of PT Ciputra Property Tbk until 2015.

Since 2013 up to now, she been serving as Independent Commissioner and Audit Committee Chairman of PT Ciputra Residence and PT Asuransi Ciputra Indonesia (Ciputra Life).

On top of that, she also served as Independent Commissioner as well as Audit Committee Chairman of PT Metropolitan Land Tbk in 2021-2022 and has been serving as Audit Committee Member of PT Metropolitan Kentjana Tbk since 2020 until now.

Tanan Herwandi Antonius has been serving as the Company’s Independent Commissioner since 2020. In 2022, he was appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee based on the Decree of the Board of Commissioners dated August 1, 2022 and was reappointed as Independent Commissioner based on Deed No. 31 dated August 11, 2022.

He earned a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung, Master of Science in Urban Development from University College London, United Kingdom, Master of Arts in Educational Psychology from University of Connecticut, United States, and Doctor of Education from Athbasca University, Canada. Previously, he was the Director of the Company in 2003 to 2019.

Tulus Santoso, Indonesian, born in 1959, has been appointed as Independent Director of the Company since June 2015. He began his career with the Company in 1985 as Finance Manager. He holds a bachelor degree in Accounting from Satya Wacana Christian University, Salatiga and Master of Accountancy from University of Indonesia. Currently, he involves in several organizational activities, including Deputy Chairman of the Permanent Committee of the Development of Financing and Taxation in Property Sector of Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) and Supervisory Board Member of Ciputra Pendidikan Foundation.

Artadinata Djangkar, Indonesian, born in 1959, has been appointed as a Director of the Company since January 2017. Previously, he was Director of PT Ciputra Property Tbk (CTRP) in 1997-1998 and 2005-2017. Currently, he also serves as Director in several subsidiaries under the Company, such as PT Ciputra Adigraha, PT Ciputra Semarang, dan PT Ciputra Sentra. He earned his bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung and MBA degree from Prasetiya Mulya Institute of Management, Jakarta.

Nanik J. Santoso, Indonesian, born in 1965, has been appointed as a Director of the Company since January 2017. She started her career with the Company in 1990 as Business Development Assistant Manager. Throughout her career, she has held various positions, namely Business Development Manager (1992-1994), Corporate Secretary of the Company (1994-2002), Corporate Finance Senior Manager (1996-1999), Deputy Director of Ciputra Group (1999-2001), and Director of PT Ciputra Surya Tbk (CTRS) (2001-2017). Currently, she also serves as Director of PT Ciputra Nusantara. She obtained her bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from Brawijaya University, Malang and MBA degree from PPM Institute (IPPM), Jakarta.

Sutoto Yakobus, Indonesian, born in 1961, has been appointed as a Director of the Company since January 2017. He joined the Company in 1989 as Marketing Manager of CitraGarden City residential project. He also had held positions as General Manager of Ciputra Semarang Project (1990-1993) and Business Development Senior Manager of PT Ciputra Surya Tbk (CTRS) (1993-1994) before becoming a Director of CTRS in 1994-2017. Currently, he also serves as Director of PT Ciputra Nusantara. He graduated from Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta with bachelor degree in Civil Engineering and obtained master degree from PPM Institute (IPPM), Jakarta.

MI Meiko Handoyo Lukmantara, Indonesian, born in 1965, has been appointed as a Director of the Company since January 2017. He started his career with the Company in 1993 as a Senior Architect of PT Candrasa Pranaguna (subsidiary). Currently, he also serves as Director of PT Ciputra Residence, Director of PT Candrasa Pranaguna, and Director of PT Citra Swadaya Raya. He holds a bachelor degree in Architectural Engineering from Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung and a master degree in Management from Prasetiya Mulya Institute of Management, Jakarta.

Agussurja Widjaja, Indonesian, born in 1961, has been reappointed as a Director of the Company since January 2017. Previously, he was a Director of the Company in 2000-2003.Currently, he also holds several other strategic positions, such as Director of PT Ciputra Residence, Director of PT Citra Raya Medika, and Director of PT Citra Semesta Raya.

He earned his bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology, master degree in Engineering from University of Michigan, USA, and master degree in Management from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, USA. He is also active in education organization, through his role as Chief Supervisor of Tarumanagara Foundation.

Harun Hajadi, Indonesian, born in 1961, has been reappointed as a Director of the Company since January 2017. Previously, he was a Director of the Company in 2000-2015. He joined the Company in 1988 as Business Development Manager and became the President Director of PT Ciputra Surya Tbk (CTRS) in 1990-2017.

He holds a bachelor degree in Architecture from University of California, Berkeley, USA and MBA degree in Finance & Real Estate from University of Southern California, USA. He has been active as Vice Chairman of Infrastructure, Property, and Transportation Committee of Indonesian Public Listed Companies Association (AEI) since 2005.
