Ciputra Group Will Build An Integrated Area in IKN

PT Citra Kotabaru Nusantara (Ciputra Group) will build an integrated area in Capital City of Archipelago (IKN). The integrated area consists of housing, hotels, golf courses, MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions) and botanical garden.

This was conveyed by Managing Director Ciputra Group Budiarsa Sastrawinata at Signing Agreement of Cooperation between PT Citra Kotabaru Nusantara and PT Bina Karya (Persero) about Integrated Area Development, at Ciputra Group’s Head Office, Ciputra World 1 Jakarta, Thursday (06/07/2023).

“This signing is a very important milestone for us. Because finally we can follow up the development concept we have prepared for a long time to be implemented at IKN,” said Budiarsa.

Previously, Ciputra Group had stated its readiness and commitment to invest in IKN as part of the private sector’s role at last year’s IKN Pre-Market Sounding Project.

“Ciputra Group always manages to amaze people with its development. Hopefully, with this collaboration, other people will feel the same when visiting the IKN later,” said President Director of PT Bina Karya (Persero) Boyke P. Soebroto.

The development of this integrated area is expected to start as soon as possible after the groundbreaking has been completed. “Hopefully this investment will run smoothly and well, also will produce something extraordinary for IKN,” said Boyke.

The management representative who accompanied Boyke P. Soebroto was Director of Business Development and Investment of PT Bina Karya Bondan Pristiwandana; Director of Strategic Planning and Human Resources (HR) of PT Bina Karya Irfan A. Tachrir; Director of Operations and Marketing of PT Bina Karya Selly Indrawati; and Director of Finance and Risk Management of PT Bina Karya Trisnadi Yulrisman.

The Ciputra Group’s Board of Directors who attended this event were Managing Director Budiarsa Sastrawinata; Senior Director Agussurja Widjaja; Director Nararya Ciputra Sastrawinata; Director Mary Octo Sihombing; and Planning Associate Director Taufiq Hidayat.
