CTRA Successfully Held Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and Public Expose

PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) successfully held Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and Public Expose on Tuesday (17/6), at Raffles Hotel Jakarta. In AGMS, The Company approved the distribution of dividends to shareholders total IDR444.8 billion, or IDR24 per share. This cash dividend is 21% of net profit allocation for 2024 financial year. Meanwhile, in the Public Expose, management conveyed company’s business achievements during 2024 and performance up to quarter 1-2025.
